Sarah Al Feghali

Director of Innovation Programs

Sarah Al Feghali is a public sector innovation practitioner with more than 16 years of experience advising governments, international organizations, and private sector leaders on how to tackle complex challenges. She has held senior roles at Strategy& (PwC Network), TikTok/ByteDance, and the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, where she helped shape and grow flagship initiatives such as the UAE Government Accelerators. Throughout her career, she has designed and facilitated workshops at global gatherings, including the World Government Summit and COP28, bringing together decision-makers to explore radical innovations, novel governance models, and systemic transformation.

Sarah is the Founder of Ektashef (www.ektashef.com), a practice dedicated to helping leaders build and activate ecosystems that address interconnected societal challenges. Through discovery-driven workshops, immersive innovation labs, and capacity-building programs, she works with governments and organizations to foster collective intelligence and future-readiness.

Alongside her practice, Sarah is pursuing an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration at École des Ponts Business School (Institut Polytechnique de Paris). Her research focuses on how public institutions can harness collective intelligence to drive innovation and create value for citizens.

As a Fellow at the ReTech Center of École des Ponts, she is currently co-designing the Public Sector Acceleration Track, a global program that equips policymakers and executives with the tools to lead systemic change. The program blends project-based learning, immersive workshops, and international best practices to strengthen innovation capabilities in government.
