Ayumi Moore Aoki is a distinguished tech diplomat, social entrepreneur, and visionary leader dedicated to driving positive and sustainable change through technology. As the Founder and CEO of Women in Tech® Global, the world’s leading organization for women’s empowerment in STEAM fields, and Founder and President of the Tech Diplomacy Forum®, she spearheads initiatives at the critical intersection of technology and international relations.

Recognized as one of Forbes France’s 40 Women for 2023, Ayumi has established herself as a transformative force in the global technology landscape. Under her leadership, Women in Tech® Global operates across 60+ countries with the ambitious mission to empower 5 million women by 2030 through comprehensive programs in education, business support, digital inclusion, and advocacy. Her work has earned the high patronage of Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, and has established crucial partnerships with UN Women and the World Economic Forum‘s Edison Alliance.

As a member of UNESCO‘s International Consultative Group of Experts for Closing the Gender Gap in Science and a Council Member of the World Economic Forum‘s Global Future Council on Advanced Manufacturing and Value Chains (2025-2026), Ayumi influences global policy at the highest levels. She serves as an Agenda Contributor to the World Economic Forum, where her insights on digital equity and women’s empowerment in technology shape international discourse.

Currently pursuing her Executive Doctorate in Business Administration (EDBA) at École des Ponts Business School, Ayumi combines academic rigor with practical innovation. The Tech Diplomacy Forum®, launched at UNESCO headquarters in Paris in partnership with UNESCO, represents Ayumi’s latest groundbreaking initiative.
