Anna Ambrozevich

Regional Attaché for Central Asia, Tech Diplomacy Institute

Anna Ambrozevich is a technology strategist and ecosystem architect with over 20 years of leadership experience in the global IT and marketing industries. She has held senior positions at PepsiCo, Philip Morris International, Alibaba Group, and Otto Group, leading innovation and digital transformation across international markets.

Anna is a graduate of the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, where she completed “Women Leading Change: Shaping Our Future.” She currently serves as the Leader of the Cambridge Alumni Community in Uzbekistan, bridging global academic thought leadership with regional transformation.

For over five years, Anna has been actively engaged in voluntary and community leadership, developing initiatives that connect technology, education, and inclusion across Uzbekistan and wider. Guided by her mission as an architect of systems of meaningful influence, she focuses on designing ecosystems where technology, leadership, and human potential converge to drive sustainable social and economic impact.

As Director of Women in Tech Uzbekistan and Women in Tech Global Youth Director, Anna leads programs advancing gender equality, youth leadership, and digital inclusion. She also serves as an Advisor to the IT Community of Uzbekistan, fostering collaboration between government, business, and civil society to strengthen the region’s innovation ecosystem.

An entrepreneur and educator, Anna has founded several international companies at the intersection of technology, marketing, and education. She lectures and writes on marketing technology, leadership design, and the future of digital ecosystems, while also serving on international juries in technology and innovation. She regularly delivers guest lectures for students at universities around the world, sharing insights on digital strategy and ecosystem thinking.

She is also the founder of Multipotentials, a resource exploring how multidisciplinary professionals design careers and systems that integrate multiple identities, skills, and purposes.
